You receive this quest from Lara, the leader of the small gang in the West Side of the Den. They want you to go over to the East Side to the church and talk to the guards, and find out what is inside the church.

You need to bluff your way through the guards and then simply look around in the room. For this you need to make a speech check or have Strength 8.

Talk to Lara to receive her next quest, Get permission from Metzger for gang war.
