Background
Lag-Bolt was waiting for his girlfriend to give her a gift he received from his brother Lug-Nut, but she was killed in a subway tunnel.
Relationships
He is the younger brother of Lug-Nut, which is revealed in Lag-Bolt's note found on his body.

- Lag-Bolt has good armor and unusually high health for a human non-player character. His stats are comparable to those of an Enclave Hellfire trooper.
