The laborer outfit is a unique piece of clothing in the Fallout 3 add-on The Pitt.
Characteristics
It is identical to the tattered slave outfit in looks and can be repaired with slave outfits as well as various wasteland outfits. It provides Damage Resistance of 5 and boosts Agility, Endurance, and Strength by one point each while only weighing two pounds.
Location
It can be received from Everett as the first reward for the Unsafe Working Conditions quest. It will be rewarded once ten steel ingots have been retrieved.
Notes
Everett will claim that the previous owner cannot use it anymore due to decapitation.
