Kyle "the Hook" is the leader and founder of a raider gang called the Rusty Hooks in 2253.

BackgroundEdit

In 2252, Kyle founded the Rusty Hooks to raid any caravans that passed through Arizona. His merry band of men eventually found the Bloomfield missile base, and they've called it home ever since. Kyle is extremely manipulative: he has rigged Bear to a miniature bomb to keep him subservient, and often beats Sid the techie.

Kyle has not appeared nor is he mentioned in any published game. He was to appear only in Van Buren, the canceled Fallout 3 by Black Isle Studios. It is not certain if he will appear in any future Fallout game.
