Kyle was a member of the Brotherhood of Steel, stationed in Lost Hills in 2161. He served as the mechanic, and mostly worked on Power Armor. He is the first to explain the magnitude of the Vault Dweller's mission to The Glow. Kyle will fix one of the only two pieces of power armor you can obtain if you can retrieve a missing piece.
