“Go talk to Wint.”
Kidd is a ghoul who is encountered in the Old Olney Underground in 2277.
Background
Kidd and Wint were members of a group of ghouls who departed Underworld and tried to make themselves a place to live in Old Olney Underground, assuming it would be an ideal place for ghouls to settle down since nobody ever goes there. The group set about knocking down some walls and apparently disturbed a group of deathclaws. Many died, but Kidd and Wint got out alive. Wint discloses that the only reason they are alive is because they could run faster than their friends. They have decided to scrap the journey and get back to Underworld.
