Kidd is a new ghoul character who is added to Fallout 3 in the add-on Broken Steel. He can be found along with Wint in the Olney Underground but will not engage in dialogue with the Lone Wanderer, but simply tells him to speak to Wint instead.

Both Wint and Kidd can be killed with no karma loss, if done before entering the dialogue sequence.

Behind the Scenes

  • His name is likely a reference to Mr. Kidd, a character in Sir Ian Fleming's novel and similarly titled James Bond film, "Diamonds Are Forever".
