Dr. Kemp is the doctor for Camp McCarran in 2281. He can be found in a corner of the concourse inside Camp McCarran.

BackgroundEdit

Kemp is simply Camp McCarran's main senior medical officer and doctor and seems to care very much for the NCR troops as he may give you discounts after you recover Esteban Morales depending on your NCR fame. Most likely because he deals with the soldiers on a personal and day-to-day basis unlike the higher ranking leaders and politicians in the NCR.
