Kaga is a Tribal warrior and rival to the player character first encountered after exiting Arroyo for the first time. He claims to be an exile from Arroyo and that he should be the Chosen One. Kaga is encountered six times during the course of the game. Each time he has better weapons and armor.

• It is possible to kill Kaga on the second encounter, with a high enough Intelligence the player character gives him a riddle which causes Kaga to become confused and die.
• One encounter has the Player Character shout KAGA!!! similar to how Captain Kirk shouts KHAN! in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan.

[edit] Appearances in games

Kaga was to appear in Fallout 2 his dialogue files were written but he was cut from the final game. The Fallout 2 Restoration Project has returned Kaga to the game.
