Justin Reynard is a developer who worked at Obsidian Entertainment as a gameplay programmer on Fallout: New Vegas.

Work on the Fallout series[]

For Fallout: New Vegas, Reynard worked on the implementation of Hardcore mode, the new recipe and crafting system, as well as many of the weapon and ammo changes. Reynard also worked on creating perks and adjusting skills.[1]
