Background
Justin's main problem is the Hub's chief criminal, Decker. He is a straight, honest cop, unlike his father and predecessor, who had some dealings with Decker. His grandfather, Roy Greene, helped to negotiate an agreement that ended the Great Merchant Wars. His right hand man is Deputy Fry.
