Joe Porter is a 28-year old^[1] merchant in found in Canterbury Commons. He runs the store inside the broken down diner. He has a limited supply of random items and a large stockpile of Stimpaks. The player obtains a bottle of Dirty Water when he/she talks to him for the first time.

As part of The Superhuman Gambit quest, he can reveal the AntAgonizer's real name. This is a necessary step to peacefully convince the AntAgonizer to give up her ways and cease attacking the town.

The key that he carries for his storage is misspelled "Joe Poter's Storage Key." (The key accesses "Joe Porter's Safe" located in the back room of Uncle Roe's house).
