Dr. Jing Tie Gahng is a Shi scientist in 2241.

BackgroundEdit

He is a man of Chinese descent with what seems to be a perpetual scowl on his face. He is responsible for creating compounds and devices for the Shi Emperor and for the Emperor's adviser, Ken Lee. In 2242, his team began working on fuel derivatives and polymers that may withstand massive force impact, but the latter project is, sadly, still in theoretical phases.
