BackgroundEdit

You remember Jim from your days playing "Grognak the Barbarian" in the Vault cafeteria. Son of Officer Wilkins, he was always game for a laugh. After your escape from Vault 101, he's found dead upon your return.^[1]

He and his sister Janice are both found dead during your return to Vault 101 in Trouble on the Homefront. Their father attacks you upon your arrival.
