Using Jet carries a 50% chance to become addicted. When addicted to Jet, you suffer from a -1 penalty to Strength and Perception.

Using Jet carries a 20% chance to become addicted. When addicted to Jet, you suffer from a -1 penalty to Agility and Charisma.
