	The following is based on Fallout Tactics and some details might contradict canon.

Jesse Gomer is one of four main leaders who contolled the raiders in the region of Chicago. He was the most powerful and feared man among all of them, and Rock Falls was his home. He kept a meeting with other three raider leaders: Daisy (who is actually his relative), Bo, and Luke (raider), and was scared of situation he and his comrades were in: being stuck between the Brotherhood and another menace, that later was revealed to be the Calculator. He was found by the warrior and his team and was killed, but while dying, he told the warrior that the Brotherhood will not stand a chance against a threat that is coming.
