Jeremy is an inhabitant of Gecko in 2241.
Background
A tall, thin[1] and bald ghoul in charge of the "all powerful" supply cabinet inside the Gecko reactor, Jeremy is a pleasant, if excessively formality obsessed person. He dislikes Skeeter after he started a fire inside the cabinet.

- Get 3-step plasma transformer for Skeeter: He is the one that gives the Chosen One 3-step plasma transformer in exchange for requisition forms. He carries a requisition form himself, but it can only be stolen, not bartered for, and killing him for the form defeats the purpose, as he is the only character the forms are of value to.
