Background
She is a member of the Vagrants, a diverse collective of solitary wanderers, social outcasts and survivalists from across the wasteland that immigrated to San Francisco for the tolerance and respect for secrecy there. She owns the General Store on the PMV Valdez. She sells a lot of skill books.
