Jean Simonet (full name Jean-Sylverre Simonet) is a developer who previously worked at Bethesda Softworks on Fallout 3 as an AI programmer. Among other things he was responsible for pathfinding.
He was born in France, and says he has lived in the US for about 15 years. He previously had an accent but this has dropped off since his arrival in America. He now says his English is better then his French.
