Private James Sexton is one of NCR's frontline troopers stationed at Camp Forlorn Hope living in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281.

Background

Morale around Camp Forlorn Hope is drawing thin, so he is in charge of keeping the morale up. He has created a contest of sorts which entails taking ears off of legionaries and keeping tally of how many legionaries have been killed by the soldiers at Camp Forlorn Hope.
