Private James Sexton is one of NCR's frontline troopers stationed at Camp Forlorn Hope living in the Mojave Wasteland in 2281.

Background

Morale around Camp Forlorn Hope is drawing thin, so he is in charge of keeping the morale up. He has created a contest of sorts which entails taking ears off of legionaries and keeping tally of how many legionaries have been killed by the soldiers at Camp Forlorn Hope.

An Ear to the Ground: If the player tells him his morale boosting is a good idea then he will inform the player of his game involving cutting ears off of Legion soldiers. You can bring Private Sexton Legion ears after this, however you can obtain these ears prior to receiving the offer.
