James Rubinek was a trader from the Hub that was scouting out new trade routes for markets in the east.

While scouting out new trade routes in the Divide for the Hub, Rubinek broke one of his legs and was cornered in a cave by Marked men and Tunnelers. A trail of shell casings and spent magazines lead to his skeleton where a Marksman Carbine is still beside him, along with his final note and a pencil.
