Izo is a martial arts master serving Gizmo in Junktown, in 2161.
Background
Not much is known about this man. However, Izo is known to be a special martial artist, and very silent.

Other Interactions
Izo interacts very little with the player. If spoken to, you will get the prompt on the Pip-boy "Izo says nothing". Also, when you finish dialogue with Gizmo, it will inform you that; "Izo motions to the door".
Effects of player's actions
He will be killed defending his boss should the Vault Dweller attempt to take revenge on Gizmo for Killian Darkwater.
