The Isaac's house is an unmarked location in the Mojave Wasteland, due east of the Gun Runners building, just beyond the overpass.

Layout
When entering from the front door: consists of a living room as soon as you enter, a bedroom with a "free" bed on your immediate right, and a kitchen with a fridge and various minor loot, ending with the back door out.

Isaac's house appears in Fallout: New Vegas.
Bugs
When passing by the house with any active quest marked on your map, the game becomes convinced that the path is *through* the house (it has a front and rear door aligned in the same general direction), thus concealing the actual quest item icon until the player walks through the house or de/reselects the quest once having walked past the house.
