The irr. gecko meat or irradiated gecko meat is a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas.

However, it does provide a relatively low amount of radiation and a small amount of restoration to Hit Points. It used to be a simple filleted meat of a gecko, but after extended exposure to radiation, it gives the player a comparatively large dose of rads.
