The irr. gecko meat or irradiated gecko meat is a consumable item in Fallout: New Vegas.
Characteristics
Irr. gecko meat gives back some Hit Points, but also gives the player a considerable amount of radiation, as well as reducing Strength for a period of time. It used to be the simple filleted meat of a gecko, but after extended exposure to radiation, it has absorbed the radiation and gives the player a comparatively large amount of radiation.

Locations
- Some can be found at Searchlight fire station in the kitchen along with other irradiated foods.
- One can be found in Hell's Motel of Mesquite Mountains crater.
