Improve Shady Sands' Agriculture

Talk to the Curtis ("weather-beaten farmer") on the eastern area of Shady Sands and ask what he does. If you have a Science skill above 40%, you can inform him of crop rotation through dialogue options. He will think it is a good idea and you will recieve 500 experience points.
If you have a science skill of less than 40%, simply get the farmer to Tell Me About "crop rotation", but you do not gain the reputation bonus.
This is not given as a quest by anyone, but it is something you can do for additional experience.
