Human flesh is a consumable item in Fallout 3.

This food item restores a high amount of Hit Points at the expense of a relatively high Radiation count.

• On the body of feral ghouls.
• In possession of the AntAgonizer.
• The Pitt (add-on) On trogs in The Pitt.
• Point Lookout (add-on) On swampfolk in Point Lookout.
• Point Lookout (add-on) Many of the tribals carry human flesh.
• Mothership Zeta (add-on) On abominations on the Mothership.

NotesEdit

• Unlike using the Cannibal perk, eating this item does not give you negative Karma.
• Human flesh has no value, even among specific hunters who carry strange meat.
• Dropping it from your Pip-Boy and walking over it or picking it up and throwing it against surfaces creates a "squish" noise similar to dismembering a dead body.
• Humans do not drop human flesh when killed.
