Human Flesh is, obviously, the flesh of a human.
This food item restores a high amount of HP (if you can make yourself eat it) at the expense of a relatively high Rad count. It can be found on Feral Ghouls, in possession of the AntAgonizer, in random encounters on Trogs in The Pitt, on Swampfolk in Point Lookout, and on Abominations in Mothership Zeta.

- Unlike using the Cannibal perk, eating this item does not give you negative Karma.
- Human Flesh has no value, even among specific Hunters who carry Strange Meat.
- A good amount of the tribals in Point Lookout have flesh
- Dropping it from your Pip-Boy and walking over it or picking it up and throwing it against surfaces creates a "squish" noise similar to dismembering a dead body.
