BackgroundEdit

Hoss hates chaperoning wayward cadets almost as much as latrine-cleaning duties, and his fears have recently been proven right, as Initiate Pek disappeared on a long-range recon sweep of the Falls Church zone. He's happy for any help.[1]

BugsEdit

  • pcIcon pc ps3Icon ps3 xbox360Icon xbox360 Hoss, the unnamed Brotherhood of Steel Paladin and Initiate Pek can, humorously, be found in several different places throughout the Capital Wasteland. They, unlike other non-player characters, can sometimes appear at The Pitt, Point Lookout, or even on Mothership Zeta. Note that he steals items. [verified]
  • pcIcon pc ps3Icon ps3 xbox360Icon xbox360 Hoss and several other unnamed NPC Brotherhood Knights may glitch after you have completed the quest to save Initiate Pek. Waiting, sleeping, or fast-traveling to different locations (DLC maps included) may cause Hoss, a random Knight, or both to spawn somewhere immediately beside you, before running off in some random direction provided you're in the Capital Wasteland; if you're in a DLC Map, they'll stand idle until the next time they spawn at your location. [verified]
  • pcIcon pc When randomly spawning near you, Hoss may be carrying the same weapon that you currently have equipped. This includes unique weapons such as the Alien Blaster. [verified]
  • xbox360Icon xbox360 pcIcon pc Occasionally, after you find Initiate Pek, when you exit the building, both Initiate Pek and Hoss will be dead with no appearent reason.[verified]
