The west entrance to the missile base consists of the Hopeville Women's barracks (accessible through detonating a warhead) and an decrepit gas station to the northwest. In said gas station is a workbench, two toolboxes containing various crafting materials a metal box with random loot, and a floor safe behind a pile of large tires. Also to the northeast is the Hopeville Missile Base Headquarters guarded by few marked men.
A shipping crate just behind the gas station will randomly spawn (10% chance) a single Nuka-Cola Quantum. It is the only possible place where one will spawn in the entire game.
