The Hoover Dam design document for the Van Buren project (Black Isle's canceled Fallout 3) was leaked from a top secret source on October 1, 2005, at No Mutants Allowed. It was written by Damien "Puuk" Foletto and is a complete description of all places, characters, and quests at the Hoover Dam.
