Hoarder is a trait in the Fallout: New Vegas add-on Old World Blues.
Effect
You gain +25 lbs. to your total carrying weight but suffer a -1 to all SPECIAL stats any time your total carrying weight is below 160 lbs.
Notes
- Synergizes well with Strong Back, Long Haul and Pack Rat. It also works well with Travel Light, which despite its name, increases movement speed even when over-encumbered.
- This trait seems to be the only way to raise your carrying weight above 300, raising the total possible carrying weight to 325.
- This trait is advised as the negative effects can easily be countered by picking up low value miscellaneous items you can drop once you reach you weight limit.
