[edit] Interaction with the player character
He tells the player that he's there to fix something when it needs fixing. Though he seems to enjoy living in Rivet City, he frequently complains about the lack of people there willing to work. Whether he is referring to a lack of handymen on the ship or to the people that live on the Midship Deck who do not have a job is unknown.

[edit] Notes
- Unlike most NPC's, the player cannot approach and directly interact with Henry Young, similar to the Megaton Settlers .
- Young's dialogue suggests that he is the only person in Rivet City capable of repairs. However, this statement is false as Doctor Preston's terminal reveals that Seagrave Holmes has a chronic case of red-lung from all his repairs below-decks.
- He can be mezzed
- Contrary to his characters otherwise quiet demeanor he is relatively fond of miniguns, or more particularly Eugene. If provoked into combat, and given the chance, he will pick up this weapon.
[edit] Appearances
Henry Young only appears in Fallout 3.
