Henry Jamison comes from an aristocratic family, which holds a high stake of the shares of the Crimson Caravan company. Deemed unfit for any position of leadership, he was promoted to the position of CEO of the Mojave branch of the big caravan business, only by his family's power and influence over the company. He only wanted the position, just for the money, which he uses simply to fund his own personal gains: drinking, gambling, and sleeping with prostitutes.
Recently, Henry has racked up a huge gambling debt with the Omertas, whom he owes big. Furthermore, the manager of his company, Alice McLafferty, has grown furious over his bad management decisions as owner of the company, and wants him fired, which is another major threat to his reign over the business. Henry takes neither of these issues seriously.
As Alice McLafferty is unable to persuade Henry Jamison to resign from his position as CEO, she is looking for someone who can help her oust him from his position.
