The heavy incinerator is a weapon found in the Fallout 3 add-on Broken Steel and Fallout: New Vegas.

Heavy incinerators utilize the same practical technology as flamers but rather than spraying a cloud of flames in front of the wielder, the heavy incinerator spits out individual fireballs in rapid succession that have a very far effective range.

Heavy incinerators are much more cumbersome than flamers and as such require both hands to operate. The heavy incinerator sports three tanks of flamer fuel on its side that hook up to the main assembly inside.
