Fallout 2, Fallout Tactics requirements Level 3 Perception 7 Agility 6 Intelligence 5 First Aid 40% ranks 2 1 (Tactics multiplayer) effects Each level will add 4-10 more hit points healed when using the First Aid or Doctor skills.

 

Healer is a Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics perk.
