Harmonicas are miscellaneous items in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas.

CharacteristicsEdit

They are only useful as Rock-It Launcher ammunition. They are somewhat rare except for random placement in containers or on creature bodies. Feral ghouls and centaurs will occasionally have this item in their inventory. A few merchants and traders such as Moira or Crazy Wolfgang will, on occasion, sell around one or two. They also usually appear littered in grocers on a counter or in the aisle. Sometimes swampfolk will carry them, such as bruisers, creepers, etc.
