Hannibal Grandchester was a man who lived in the Grandchester Mystery Mansion prior to its conversion into a roadside attraction before the Great War.
Background
Hannibal Grandchester was the father of Lucy Grandchester and husband of Morticia Grandchester. He severely hated his daughter Lucy due to the fact that she was the reason his wife nearly died in labor. As Lucy grew up he would beat her with his cane, which he needed after Lucy attempted to poison him. He later died due to mysterious circumstances when he was found with a pair of scissors in his head. Lucy claimed that he must of fell onto the scissors. This wouldn't explain why his fingers were found cut from his hands, however.

Hannibal Grandchester is only mentioned in the Fallout 4 add-on Nuka-World.
