Background
Hank is a glowing one with a concerned look on his face.[1] In charge of maintaining the reactor and ensuring it works properly, Hank is approachable and courteous for a wastelander. He is quite talented in technical matters, but leaves major repairs and part swaps to the resident tech wizard, Festus.
