Haley's Hardware is a small building up north from Pilgrim's Landing, and it's only inhabitant is Haley the owner. There's only 1 interior section.

[edit] Background
There's no real background about the shop before the bombs dropped and who the original owner was, but Haley, the guy who currently lives and works there, woke up with a case of amnesia not knowing who he is or where he was, so since people kept coming in to buy things he decided to become a merchant and take the shops name and call himself "Haley".

It's a small trailer looking house with a pile of rubble next to it, it has 3 shelves with BB guns and Fission Batteries and other random junk.

Inside there's a bedroom with a bed and chest at the foot of the bed, a kitchen with some cabinets with nothing in them, a bath room self explanatory, and the part of the house where Haley does business with the people of point lookout with a counter and a locker which holds his inventory. There is also a Work Bench to the left of the bathroom the player can use. A Bottlecap Mine on it can be stolen for negative karma.

- Haley wears a Handyman Jumpsuit which you can acquire by either reverse-pickpocketing or killing him.
- Outside on the shelves to the right of the entrance door: 2 BB guns and ammo, Railway Spikes, 2 Switchblades, 3 Tire Irons, 2 Conductors, 5 Abraxo Cleaner, 6 Turpentine, 4 Pilot Lights, 4 Wonderglue, and 3 Fission Batteries , as well as 3 lawnmowers with 3 Lawnmower Blades in front of it.
- Outside on shelves to left of entrance door: 2 Sledgehammers, 2 Shovels, 3 Buffout, Railway Spikes, 2 Steam Gauge Assembly.
- Holotape Note for Lighting the Lighthouse unmarked quest just right of front door next to the Giant Garden Gnome.

- Just outside the door, there is an unusually large Damaged Gnome Statue. Next to the Large Gnome there is a holotape that is a copy of the holotape on top of the Point Lookout Lighthouse.
- If you travel south east, you will find a bloody chair near some trees with a box containing Psycho on the ground. Also near the chair are some bones on the ground that are immovable and appear to be flailing around.
- If you are doing the quest A Spoonful of Whiskey, there are six fission batteries on a shelf outside which can be used in the quest.
- Tenpenny's Suite Key sometimes in Stash (key required)
- The symptoms he describes suggest that he may have received Tobar's surgery

Haley's Hardware appears in the Fallout 3 add-on Point Lookout.
[edit] Bugs
- Haley has a glitch whereby his Repair skill is increased by intervals of five, from his initial repair skill of 16 (11 base +5 for his Handyman Jumpsuit), on every reload of his map area due to his jumpsuit. By repeatedly leaving the store (getting a certain distance away or waiting a certain amount of time prove effective), then returning, Haley's Repair skill can increase to 100. This is higher than any other vendor in the game. Although some of his game data, viewable in the GECK, is marked differently than other vendors, in testing it has no effect on the glitch.
