A Mauser M/96 in 9x19mm Parabellum. In excellent condition. Extremely accurate.

The 9mm Mauser is a very rare small gun in the Fallout games. So rare that only one is obtainable in Fallout, but they are a little more common in Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics.

  • The Mauser has great range for a pistol, but its damage is quite limited. You're better off with a different handgun unless range is a concern.

This firearm is the Mauser C96, nicknamed the "Broomhandle". The Mauser pistol was originally manufactured in 7.63mm and a contract of 9mm versions were made for the Imperial German army in the first world war.
