I removed Private Callow's liver and cooked it. I then had it sent down to the boys in bio storage with fava beans and a nice Chianti. They think it was a special thank you from the general for a job well done. I love my job.
”Dr. H. Lector was a Sierra Army Depot physician in 2077 who carried out bizarre experiments there.
Background
Edit
Dr. Lector was experimenting on his "patients" by feeding them cocktails of drugs such as Buffout, Mentats and Psycho. He was a man of science and few morals, referring to the death of one person as merely the death of an experiment, although he did miss the mental stimulus after the patient's passing from excess Mentats. He used the base's sentry bots to keep control of uncooperative buffed-out patients. Dr. Lector also worked with Skynet to develop the cybernetic brain before he was forced to evacuate the depot.
Appearances
Edit
Dr. H. Lector is only mentioned in Fallout 2.
Behind the scenes
Edit
H. Lector is a reference to Doctor Hannibal Lecter from The Silence of the Lambs.
