Gunther is a resident of NCR in 2241. He serves as aide to Madame President Tandi, and doles out payments to contractors that Tandi has hired.

BackgroundEdit

A well dressed man and educated man, Gunther is the aide and secretary for the NCR President, effectively screening visitors before they are permitted to meet the leader of the largest state in the post-War USA. He always carries a Presidential Pass with him.
