The Guardian Brotherhood appears in The Armageddon Rag, Vol. 3. They would have likely appeared in Interplay's Project V13. As Interplay have lost the Fallout MMO license as a result of Bethesda v. Interplay it is unknown if they will appear in any non-Fallout version of the game.
