A green plate is a miscellaneous item in Fallout 3 and Fallout: New Vegas. It is commonly found indoors and serves no purpose besides Rock-It Launcher ammunition or decoration.

fnv With Old World Blues installed, these can be given to Muggy and broken down into base components (ten .357 magnum cases and eight .44 magnum cases).
