Grape Mentats are a consumable item featured in Fallout 4 Sole Survivor .
Characteristics Grape Mentats are in a small tin that says Mentats on the front. Also said to taste like codeine. It brings out the user's talkative nature, allowing better prices for trading.

Locations 3 can be found in Hubris Comics : one on the third floor on a desk, and two in a suitcase in the changing room on the top floor.
3 can be found in the underground levels of Listening Post Bravo (accessible during the quest Blind Betrayal ): one on a console on the western wall of the first room, and two more on a table right before Paladin Danse .
A couple can be found on the hill on the road to safety in Vault 111 . Notes With their +5 CHA, Grape Mentats can give even the least-Charismatic characters a shot at passing difficult persuasive dialogue options.
Because Charisma in Fallout 4 affects buying and selling prices as well, the bonus provided by consuming Grape Mentats can be immense when paired up with their natural +10% boost.
Note, however, there is a limit to how much a price can be influenced at a vendor, and no amount of additional Charisma or Grape Mentats will drop or raise the price beyond that limit.
Grape Mentats can also be used by the Sole Survivor to increase the number of settlers in their settlements that have already reached their maximum settler capacity.
