Glock was a pre-war firearms company in Austria, founded by Gaston Glock.
In the 21st century, Gaston Glock's consciousness was somehow transferred into an advanced artificial intelligence. In this new form, Glock continued to design weapons, including the Glock 86 Plasma Pistol and certainly the improved version.

The Glock 86 Plasma Pistol appears in Fallout, Fallout 2 and Fallout Tactics. The improved version of this weapon, the Glock 86 Plasma Pistol Extended Capacity, appears only in Fallout 2.
