Background
Private Gilbert is a NCR private stationed at Boulder City. She is under Lt. Monroe's command and being held hostage by a group of Great Khans.

Quests
She along with Private Ackerman were captured by the Great Khans that helped Benny track you down. You can either fight your way out with them or talk to Jessup about releasing them. Once rescued they stand guard just outside the entrance of Boulder City.
Bugs
If Private Gilbert is killed during the quest and her head was blown off, you can find her back where she was alive, but she will have no hair and eyes, there are no Karma penalties or actions against the NCR if you kill her while she's in this state.
