- All seven stats have a +1 modifier. All skills are -10%. You receive 5 less skill points per level. (published Fallout games)
- You get 5 more points to spend on your stats. All skills are -10%. You receive 5 less skill points per level. (Van Buren, Black Isle's Fallout 3)
- All stats have a +1 modifier. All non-spell skills are lowered 10 points. You receive 4 fewer skill points per level. (Lionheart)
- You gain +7 points to spend on primary attributes, but you earn perks only once every four levels. (J.E. Sawyer's Fallout RPG)
